Our order processing times are carried out during business hours from Monday to Friday. Once we receive your order, kindly allow us to fulfill it within 2 business days. After processing, we send it out for delivery the next day

After our staff receives the shipment email, order information may not be changed to that of the correct one.

Your order package may be delivered via courier or the local post office. Most orders are handled by your local postal service, which is the same one that delivers your regular mail. The standard procedure when the recipient is not at home is that a notice card will be left, which will contain instructions on where the package is sent and what you'll need to collect it.
